Before getting my work done and during it, I spoke to Taylor quite a few times with questions and he was always quick to have a detailed answer and happy to look into any questions I had in a timely manner. While paying to get your car repaired is no fun, dealing with Taylor's customer service and willingness to help made the experience a very positive one and based on my experience with Pulera I'd definitely plan on going back if I need any additional work in the future.
